Our Lamb

We offer two types of lamb from our farm

Salt Marsh Lamb - fed on the sea washed marsh grasses, Sea Lavender and Marsh Samphire of the Dee Estuary  to develop the fabulous distinctive flavour of succulent Greenwood Salt Marsh lamb.                                                                                                                

Traditional Lamb - fed on traditional clover, rye and timothy grasses to develop tender Traditional Greenwood Lamb. 

Lambs are available as a 1/2 or whole lamb, butchered and packed in individual joints for the freezer, fresh or frozen.  

A 1/2 lamb costs £90 + delivery and comprises

  • 1/2 leg
  • 1/2 leg fillet
  • shoulder
  • chops or rack
  • breast
  • neck
  • kidney / liver optional

Approximate freezer space required for a 1/2 lamb is 400 x 300 x 300mm.   We reserve the right to alter the pack content
